Easy and flat route, perfect for beginners or cyclists who want to enjoy a tranquil ride. From the meeting point, we head south, crossing the area of the City of Arts and Sciences of Valencia, admiring the majestic buildings that will take us to the future. Then, we will pass through the area of El Saler, enjoying the Natural Park of Albufera, an explosion of biodiversity and natural landscapes surrounded by rice fields and untouched forests. We will pass by the beautiful coast of Valencia and its traditional villages. When reaching Cullera, we face a short but intense ascent where spectacular views await us at the top. The bravest will have the possibility to climb La Bola. We return to Valencia at a medium pace by road, and start the recovery with some cold drinks!

Una ruta bonita y rápida. Desde el punto de reunión, nos dirigimos al sur, cruzando la zona de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia, unos edificios majestuosos que nos llevarán al futuro. Luego, pasaremos por la zona de El Saler, en pleno Parque Natural de la Albufera, un parque protegido, rodeado de arrozales y una gran extensión de zona verde que invade las carreteras. Siempre acompañados de la costa de Valencia y sus pueblos tradicionalmente marineros. Un recorrido llano y rápido, nos adentraremos en los campos de arrozales hasta llegar a Cullera. Allí una subida corta pero intensa donde nos esperan en la cima unas vistas espectaculares. Los más valientes tendrán la posibilidad de subir a La Bola. Volvemos a un ritmo medio por carretera y al llegar de vuelta a Valencia nos esperarán para el recuperarnos algunas cervezas bien frías!

The route most known by all Valencians, but made from its North face, much more fun, with more feeling of being in a real mountain pass. A route, in which almost we will not find cars if we are lucky and we will find some beautiful landscapes to enjoy the route.
Located just 25 km from Valencia, the Sierra Calderona is one of the favorite areas for Valencian cyclists, combining perfectly between orange groves with ports of medium difficulty. We will enter the heart of the Natural Park of La Sierra Calderona and we will pass through towns such as Naquera and Serra, which in the last edition of Vuelta Ciclista a España (2015) were included in the tour.

La ruta más conocida por todos los Valencianos, pero hecha desde su cara Norte, mucho más divertida, con más sensación de estar en un verdadero puerto de montaña. Una ruta, en la que casi no nos encontraremos con coches si tenemos suerte y encontraremos unos paisajes muy bonitos para disfrutar del recorrido. Situada a escasos 25km de Valencia,la Sierra Calderona es una de las zonas preferidas por los ciclistas valencianos, combina a la perfección recorridos entre campos de naranjos con puertos de dificultad media. Nos adentraremos en el corazón del Parque Natural de La Sierra Calderona y pasaremos por poblaciones como Náquera y Serra, que en la última edición de Vuelta Ciclista a España (2015) fueron incluidas en el recorrido. We start our route from the city of Valencia, we will go into the heart of the mountain passing through towns such as Olocau and Gátova, typical towns in the interior of Valencia and nestled in the Sierra Calderona, surrounded by Mediterranean forests and roads with low density of vehicles. The ascent of El Pico del Águila is long but the percentages are moderate so it is suitable for any cyclist moderately prepared or for the bravest. The Oronet by its northern slope is really beautiful, you can go suffering at the same time enjoying the landscape. You can rent a road bicycle in Valencia with us and ride alone also!

Comenzamos nuestra ruta desde la misma ciudad de Valencia, nos adentraremos hacia el corazón de la sierra pasando por poblaciones como Olocau y Gátova, típicos pueblos del interior de Valencia y enclavados en plena Sierra Calderona, rodeados de bosques mediterráneos y por carreteras con escasa densidad de vehículos. La ascensión del pico de Águila es larga pero los porcentajes son moderados por lo que es apta para cualquier ciclista medianamente preparado o para los más valientes. El Oronet por su vertiente norte es realmente bonito, podrás ir sufriendo al mismo tiempo que disfrutando del paisaje. Puedes alquilar una bicicleta de carretera con nosotros y hacer la ruta tu solo.

Any Valencian cyclist knows the famous rise of Dos Aguas, some have faced it successfully, others have supported foot before reaching the top. But quiet, it's easier than they make us believe. This route goes through very quiet roads, roads with little traffic of cars and typical landscapes of the interior area of Valencia. Start the exit from Carlet, to save time and start enjoying from the first minute. From there the first ascents, soft but intense, crossing several towns and some unknown areas by many locals. The roads of the entire route are in perfect condition, reaching the end of the route near the river Júcar. Without a doubt a very nice tour, recommended all year round and with a lot of nature.

Cualquier ciclista Valenciano conoce la famosa subida de Dos Aguas, algunos se han enfrentado a ella con éxito, otros han apoyado pie antes de llegar a la cima. Pero tranquilo, es más fácil de lo que nos hacen creer. Esta ruta pasa por caminos muy tranquilos, carreteras con poca afluencia de coches y paisajes típicos de la zona del interior de Valencia. Inicia la salida desde Carlet, para ahorrar tiempo y comenzar a disfrutar desde el primer minuto. Desde allí las primeras subidas, suaves pero intensas, atravesando varias poblaciones y algunas zonas desconocidas por muchos locales. Las carreteras de toda la ruta están en perfecto estado, llegando al final del recorrido cercano al río Júcar. Sin duda un recorrido muy bonito, recomendable todo el año y con mucha naturaleza.
